CCQC's women’s ministry is designed first and foremost to encourage growth in your personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We offer Bible studies, events, and fellowship with the Word of God as our centerpiece. We gather that we may build up one another in the faith, hold each other accountable, pray for one another’s needs, and encourage each other to continue steadfastly in our Christian walk. It is our desire that you will not only be blessed but be a blessing. Our vision is to give women practical application of the Word of God, that we can go back into our homes, workplaces, and community and be an influence for Christ!

Summer Schedule
July 23 Worship Morning and Evening (9:00 a.m. or 6:30 p.m.*) . . . Bring a snack to share for fellowship afterwards.
August 6 New Bible Study will begin! More information to follow.
*Childcare in the evening only UPON REQUEST. (48 hours prior notice for those whose husbands work or for single moms.)

MENDING THE SOUL

Mending The Soul (MTS) is a support group addressing past and present abuses which distort the likeness of God in us. Abuse happens all around us in ways we don’t recognize or tend to minimize. MTS provides a safe place to address abuses that include verbal, emotional, neglect, spiritual, religious, physical, domestic violence, sexual, and narcissistic families.
Mending the Soul is an educational and equipping ministry created to serve the church and the community by embodying the justice, mercy, and goodness of God. If you have suffered from any level of abuse, we invite you to consider participating in an upcoming session of Mending the Soul where you will learn about God’s justice in standing against abuse, God’s mercy in protecting the vulnerable and hurting, and God’s goodness in helping bring restoration to the broken-hearted.
Mending the Soul is a 12-week group, limited to 4 – 6 people, which meets weekly to go through the Mending the Soul book and workbook. Each group is facilitated by someone who has already participated in MTS and is committed to providing a safe environment that protects your privacy and concern for confidentiality.
Women’s Groups are forming now and begin every February and August.
