Hostess Registration

Doors Open at 3:00pm | Dinner Served at 3:45pm

*This form is only used for hostess registration and not for ticket purchases. After submitting this form, you will be redirected to a link to purchase tickets. 
We are excited that you will be hosting a table!
Each table needs the following:
  • Tablecloth (90 in. round or larger)
  • 8 cloth napkins
  • 8 chargers, 8 dinner plates
  • 8 teacups and 8 saucers
  • 8 water glasses
  • 1 sugar bowl with spoon
  • 6 small bowls/plates for nuts, cookies, chocolate, tea, sugar substitutes and flavored creamers
  • 1 creamer dispenser
  • 8 of each silverware: spoon, fork, knife
  • Salt and pepper shaker (please fill)
  • 1 large serving spoons for nuts
  • China or decorative ceramic/glassware must be used.
  • Decorative items with glitter may not be used.
  • Please stop by the bookstore counter for additional information.
Please Note: Decorative centerpiece not to exceed 14 inches.
