Pray for the Middle East
Please pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Psalm 122:6-7 says, "Pray for the peace of Jerusalem, may they prosper who love you. peace be within your walls, prosperity within your palaces." But also, that people in the middle east might get saved through all of this. 2 Peter 3:9 says, "The Lord is not slack concerning [His] promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance." Because we know that God loves the whole world. "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." - John 3:16
With those few thoughts in mind, the staff would like to suggest that the church gather together before the throne of God through prayer every day at 9 pm. Wherever you are, please spend some undistracted time in lifting up the above mentioned prayers. Remember, Daniel prayed often by himself - Daniel 6:10 - "Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went home. And in his upper room, with his windows open toward Jerusalem, he knelt down on his knees three times that day, and prayed and gave thanks before his God, as was his custom since early days." So even though we might not be able to gather the whole church together physically, we will be joining together spiritually and that's what matters most. Who knows when this might be even more applicable through church persecution. Israel experienced it, Daniel experienced it, why not America? It definitely could happen.
God bless and thanks for praying!
