Marriage Class
September 1
CCQC will be sponsoring a free class available to all married couples in the community (and our church). Please join us as we discover the beautiful plan God has provided for our marriages through a DVD study with group discussion entitled “Experiencing God’s Dream for your Marriage” by Living On The Edge ministries. The class will be each Wednesday evening from 7:00 to 8:30 (childcare provided) for 12 weeks beginning September 1. Please sign-up in lobby by August 20. For more information see flyer in the lobby.

Marriage Enrichment
The September session of marriage enrichment has been cancelled. We will meet again October 9th. For more information please see Scott and Laurie Heggem.

Men’s Competitive Volleyball League
The men will be starting a competitive volleyball league (must be 18 years old). If you would like to start forming a team please do so-if you aren’t able to form a team but would like to participate please sign-up in the lobby. The dates for the games will be Sept 12, Sept 26, Oct 10, Oct 24, Nov 7 and Nov 21. For more information please see Pastor Jim.

Calvary Chapel Women’s Statewide Retreat
Friday October 8th – Sunday, October 10th
The Statewide Ladies retreat is in Williams, AZ at a cost of $115.00 per person on a first come, first serve basis. Registration forms are available at the women’s ministry table in the lobby. Fill out the form and mail it in to the address listed on the front. If you have signed up to go, please sign the roster on the table too, thank you!

Calvary Christian School
We are still accepting applications for the 2010-2011 school year. If you are interested in having your child attend, please call the school office at 988-4241.

Food Pantry
The food pantry is in need of canned meats (ham, tuna, chicken etc.) and instant potatoes, stuffing, rice and macaroni products. We also need bottled juices and cereal. If you are able to donate, please bring items to the lobby. Thank you!

Saturday Prayer
Please join us Saturday mornings from 8:30-9:30 in Rhodes Hall as we pray for the needs of our country, our state and our community.

Nursing Home Ministry
We minister to the elderly at the Apache Junction Health Center each 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month at 9:30 a.m. If you are interested in serving in this area of ministry please call the church office for details.

Prayer Chain
Calvary Queen Creek has a group of folks who have formed a prayer chain. If you have any prayer needs please call the church office.
